As a young couple visiting from Croatia, our stay at Clandestino Beach Resort exceeded our expectations. Originally planning just one night, we ended up staying for a relaxing seven nights. The best bungalow with a stunning sea view, soothing sound of waves at night, and a short drive to nearby attractions like Jaco and Manuel Antonio National Park made our stay unforgettable. The attentive staff, refreshing pool, clean rooms with AC and fans, and beautiful beach with hammocks perfectly complemented our relaxing getaway.
Totally recommend this hotel.

The best aspects of my stay at this hotel were the cleanliness of the rooms, the amazing hotel facilities, the close proximity to the quiet beach, and the friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were kept immaculate and looked exactly like the photos shown. The hotel had everything I needed and more, with a fabulous pool and lounging area, as well as a beautiful restaurant. The best part was that the beach was just a stone's throw away, allowing me to easily enjoy the sand and surf. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable and memorable.

We had an amazing time staying at a unique boutique hotel. The location was perfect, as it was situated on a huge beach with no one else around. We enjoyed peaceful walks and breathtaking sunsets every evening. The rooms were lovely and well-maintained, with beautiful gardens surrounding them. The pool was large and had plenty of sun beds, perfect for relaxing. We also enjoyed delicious meals in the restaurant on the resort. It was a perfect romantic getaway for us.
The only downside was that the staff were a little too quick to remove the pool furniture when it started to rain.

We stayed at Clandestino Beach Resort for 5 days to relax and enjoy the end of our trip. The location is remote, but that's what we loved about it. The beach is one of the nicest we've ever seen, and it feels like our own private paradise. The cabanas are lovely, the breakfast is amazing, and the pool is perfect for kids. The grounds are peaceful and well-maintained. Highly recommended for those who want to unwind and appreciate the surrounding beauty.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

The hotel had a couple of good things going for it. the complementary breakfast was decent and there were some nice options available. Also, the location was quite remote which gave it a unique and peaceful feel. Additionally, the hotel was right by the beach which was a major perk.
The negatives far outweighed the positives at this hotel. For starters, the rooms were subpar and definitely in need of some updating and maintenance.
